At Garboria Sales, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping options:

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected during checkout.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Regions

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia. Please contact us if you are unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and processed. You will be notified via email once the return or exchange is complete.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement item in your return request. Once the returned item is received and processed, the new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
